I'm stuck in a room, and I believe it is a glitch!

Hi, I am currently stuck inside of a dark room, while a hideous monster is pounding on the door.

However, this monster has been beating the door for a good 15 minutes now. I am unable to open the door, or attack the monster. He has made a smallish hole through the door, I have been staring at it in hopes of dying, but to no avail.

Can anyone help me?

I am near the engine supply room.

If the monster has made you stuck I am afraid you need to reload an earlier save game.
