Stuck in Control Room (with the east and west bridge) [SPOILERS]

Oh silly me, I didn't notice the other control room threads before..

I'll just reload an old save.

Hey guys,

So I went into the water thing where you have to redirect the water.

and then into the control room. and I was just looking around and I solved the puzzle in the first room then I saw a pipe and I thought "hey cool", picked it up and turned around and the pipe (I don't know why) but just got stuck in the wall and dissapeared.

So now I can't do the last puzzle lol.

Is there a way I can go back a little bit, or make it respawn a new pipe?
