how do i do this because ive been having the same problem on my desktop computer. its exactly the same as the problem described by the person having it. i downloaded the driver but i dont know what to do next

btw my system, i have just found out, wont download the driver because im not a 32-bit. im probably 64 so in that case and having a windows. how do i fix this
