Help Loading Custom Stories

I've tried looking in several places online on how to play custom stories and it seems to be that all you have to do is extract the custom story files and place them in a custom stories folder in the Amnesia folder.

The issue I'm having is that I bought the game through Steam and for the life of me I can't figure out where the Amnesia folder is located. I've tried looking in Program Files (x86), but I don't see anything. In 'My Documents' I do see an Amnesia folder, but it doesn't have the installed game files (sounds, textures, etc). It seems to only have the save files.

Just in case it matters, I'm running Windows 7. Any ideas or suggestions?

As a reference to the future, everything you buy/download from steam, will be in the seam folder.
