Alternate way in storage

Hi to everyone
I am unable to find a alternate way for go through in the blocked passage of storage, also after the regulating pressure panel and placing three gear in their location and activating the burner the machinery does not work.
Any ideas welcome!

Because in storage, you have to mix the explosive to destroy the blockage and in the machine room, you also have to put in the three control rods.

To make an explosive you have to fill your Chemistry Pot with the fluids from two large barrels in storage. 2 control rods are in storage, the third is in study.
