Surround sound?

I was wondering if there were any plans to add support for surround sound to the Mac version of Amnesia. I realize that the optical output on Macs isn't much of an option as it's only good for pre-chewed surround sound streams, but with many Macs now supporting HDMI audio, more and more are getting live surround sound. I myself am using a Griffin Firewave, which works wonderfully, but the only game that supports it is WoW. Amnesia is definitely the sort of game that could benefit from some good ol' 5.1, or even the Penumbra games.

We are using the stock OpenAL that comes with Mac OS X, so if that supports 5.1 audio, then it should work in amnesia. Did you try selecting the correct output device in the launcher?
