Validate Serial windows won't allow 0

In my serial key to validate Amnesia: The Dark Decent, there is a 0 I copied and pasted the serial into the box and it said invalid so after troubleshooting I noticed that the 0 wasn't in there and I couldn't type it. What's going on and how do I fix it?

Make sure it is the serial and not order number you are entering.

You can not copy digits into the box.
You have to type all digits manually in this box.

No you can copy and paste, using ctrl-c and ctrl-v.
