So, an indie game company like Frictional Games would make a fantastic singleplayer game, and then deliver a Co-op part seperately? I doubt it.

Also, if they wanted something to sell good, they would just copy CoD. Which they don't for very obvious reasons.

Irrational Games made System Shock 2 without any multiplayer, and then a few months later released a patch that added co-op. It's not unprecedented. I doubt it's likely, but this thread isn't about whether or not it will happen, it's about how cool it would be if it did. Tongue
In a dlc or something there should be a online gamemode and 1 person is a grunt, lurker, brute but each map has got to be realited to the Monster theres is 10 Humans They have to find the lantantes in the secret places and Survive for 10 miniuts Huh

ANY WAY IT WOULD BE FUN TO CHAT WITH OTHER PEOPLE
WHILE SURVING?

IT WOULD BE FOR "FUN"
Nothing to do with the story!
Don't really like it.
That's what Left 4 Dead is for.
A co-op mode would be more appealing than this I believe.
Two characters intertwined by a story...
Could even have missions where one character NEEDS to distract a monster to let the other character do another objective.
If there are more than 1 people playing in the same game, the i-play-alone-so-i-have-to-be-frighten-atmosphere would be lost.
*facepalm*
