perhaps a solution is to get people to work on mods together. teamwork?
it would take down the time it takes to make a conversion mod or whatever.
an additional sub-forum might spur this "teamwork" to happen.

When I say work together I mean as in sitting in the same office.
I think the difference between doing some work along with a guy on the internet and actually sitting next to that guy and talking to him is a pretty major difference. When you only know each other through the internet you can easily drop out since theres no contract and you wont have to stand face to face. I do agree that its a still a big help if you're not working alone just saying you cant compare to yeah, being in an office together.

FGForums community is a near-global community. For instance, I can't sneak into Danny Boy's room and stroke his face at night because he's all the way in Portugal and I'm stuck in the states without a passport.
So that "in office" thing wouldn't work on here very well.

The way you say it is almost like an order....are you implying I should go too?
It is because you can't sell your total conversion that makes people to lose motivation to do them easily. This is even harder when there is multiple guys working for what is essentially going to be a free effort.
