I got TW1 and TW2 for £3 last Steam Sale. Absolute steal.
I've played through TW1 as a total beginner using the Enhanced Combat Mod. It was difficult to get used to but by the end it was OK.
I am not going to bother playing TW2 because my 4890 had a hard time playing the first game on max and no chance it will handle the 2nd.
Hopefully a GTX 780 will be strong enough to handle TW3 on High/Max.
Also I love how Triss looks now. And also, have they hired Charles Dance as voice actor for the King?

That's what they always say when new consoles come out, but let's see what PS4 and XBONE games are/look like right before the next generation of consoles are released.
Yeah its kinda strange, I mean GTA V seems like it was the limit for PS3 and 360. Buuut, you look at the hardware that is in a PS4 and XBONE and its really going to struggle it should seem.
For example, the GPU in an XBONE is equivalent to my own Radeon HD 4890 from April 2009! Now there is no way in hell I will be able to play The Witcher 3 on any sort of high level settings. But somehow I can see the XBONE and PS4 (PS4 has a better GPU I know), managing to somehow pull off settings which are presentable. Must be optimization or something because I have no idea how they do it time and time again.
