I find the trees/grass surrounding the house more pleasing than the house itself, not sure why.

House looks good although bare at the moment. Any plans to add in a walkway for the door; vines growing up the walls, fountains, statues, etc...
I Based it on photos and the actual place is quite weathered. The actual main entrance is the door on the side. the front is the old main entrance and most people would use the side door.
So uhm, should we hand in our final screenshots and start the next "week"?

This is my final:

I was intending to make more of it presentable, but midterms got in my way.
I was thinking... Usually it's map-making that get's all the credit...
Could we make a "one weekend event"? So you have to create an event instead of a picture, and post a video of it?
That would be pretty neat! I don't see anything in the specifications that say the entries have to be screenshots :D
^
Sounds good, although I'm gonna pull my submission off (I haven't updated it in awhile anyways) because I'm busy with another Mod. (If the AMFP final update fixes up the Blender animation/bone issues, I'll come back and make the floating village into an actual Mod)

Well, I could definitely use some improvement, so I like that idea!

This community is comprised mostly of level designers and there is an appalling lack of modellers and such, we need more and I was thinking this may be an incentive. Agree, or disagree?
Hmmmm.... I could try, but I'll suck at it :p
