They won't optimize a game for a special brand only. AMD users have the same rights.
If you mean general optimization, I just can say that the game runs very fine on my GTX 970.

But after buying the game gives all the same but 1-5 fps at minimum settings, which clearly does not meet the system requirements specified in the shops ...

If you run the game at 1-5 fps, it's not because of the GPU exactly, it's more of a buggy combo or settings and hardware. You should troubleshoot it. What GPU do you have?

It's the 560Ti, Nvidia needs to fix their drivers. Only this card seems to be affected based on other reports.

Yes, and that didn't work because Nvidia hasn't released the proper drivers for the graphics card to fix the issue.

What's wrong may very well be something on your end and not with the game itself. I speak from from personal experience because when I initially played SOMA I played it on a computer with a weaker CPU than yours (AMD Athlon II X4 640), and a similar but slightly weaker graphics card (GeForce GTX 550 Ti).
While I was playing the game I was playing in 1440x900 with low settings, but was also streaming the game online at the time which will put a bit of extra stress on my computer. My framerate was fairly consistent at 30-50 fps albeit with frequent lag spikes but nothing that made the game unplayable.
