Hello,

First of all, thanks for all the help with your posts, regarding Switchable Graphics and Amnesia. I just wanted to add my experience. I own a HP ENVY 14 laptop.

In order to make it work, I first changed to Fixed Mode through the BIOS. It didn't help, even though it was in High-Performance mode. Then I tried the Have Disk mode and successfully installed the drivers, but then Catalyst Control Center stopped recognizing my graphics card. I rolled back the driver to latest version, and finally I had the idea to turn of HP CoolSense. That did the trick!!! If anyone is facing the same problem, try this as CoolSense actually limits your processing power to decrease the computer's temperature.

Cheers! Smile
Thank you for for your help thiagolee, I will add this today when I find time.
So I've read through your guide multiple times attempted to do this multiple times but the problem is I don't have the Intel HD graphics 2000/3000/2500/4000. I only have the Intel® HD graphics Family. I need a solution to this please.
