I'm asking where you got the game from. You're being very vague with your answers. You said you got it on the net and then got it again from "shop Games"

lol xDDD i'm not vague....i just telling you what is happening with me......yes first time i download it from the net and happened with me like what happened in the video.(if you watched it)......after this deleted it and i go to the shop game and i got the same game ((penumbra black plague)) and it was the same problem....Do you understand ???

No that's not right. Lets be honest, pirated games are not modified and especially for Penumbra they do not even need a crack, just a working key. It is not about modification but rather about the fact that piracy is illegal and disrespectful for the developers. The patch will work no matter what. There have been many inaccurases lately and things must be said the right way.
So, forget about the download source and focus on the problem. He admitted to have downloaded the game but then buying it, that's all. No more things should be said about that.

Sorry about that, I actually did make a mistake. I actually had that same problem ant the latest Penumbra patch fixed that. I'm just trying to be careful about helping people with pirated copies.
