your computer cannot launch the game. It is not possible with that chipset

--> If it says Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family or Intel® G41 Express Chipset or Intel® G45/G43 Express Chipset or Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M then due to bad Intel drivers and hardware limitations, your card does not support the game.
Which is what it says in your HPL log I'm afraid.
