Penumbra: Requiem crash - JENS TAKE A LOOK PLEASE

Hello, i recently bought the collectors pack at Steam and i can only get to a certain point in penumbra Requiem before it crashes..every single time, even after reinstalling it, updating it, resetting the dfaults and every kind of potential fix.

It crashes every time i finish a certain level and the text "truth is the consensus of opinion" and there seems to be no atual way to get past this since noone else mentions it, i need help fixing this, ive spent to much time on the game to not get to see how it ends.
