Can i use Penumbra music or will i get a copyright?

I really want to use some music from penumbra and play the music in my cs, even Amnesia tenebris lake used some music from it, but I'm kinda worrying if I get banned or copyrighted for using music from penumbra since it's another game from amnesia, but I promise I will put credits that frictional games did it and it's from penumbra but I still kinda get worried. Confused

Do you guys think i can use it or not, I wanna make sure.
