Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Brick  After changing video card still have Fps Drops and Performance issues

Well, i've already opened a thread before, because i was getting performance issues and fps drops on Amnesia TDD, but you guys said that my video card was too weak, now i've changed my video and i still have the same problem if using V-Sync turned on, and i lot of screen tearing if disabled

PC Specs:

Core i3-530 2.93GHz (O.C 3.6GHz)
6Gb of RAM
500Gb Samsung HD502HI 5400RPM 3.5" Sata 2
XfX R7 250X 1Gb GDDR5 128-Bit (Relaunched Radeon HD7770)
