All good suggestions - I do believe he mentions in OP that he has bought 2x2GB ram sticks, so your first option lands precisely on his budget :]

I though about it but it's not possible. Socket 775 is a DDR2 one and any new stuff including everything I recommended rely on DDR3.

Nvm that, Me and my buddies are still working out to find new peices to a computer, All the feedback here has done us great in our search though thankyou all so very much.

For this small budget it's extremely hard to differentiate from what was suggested above but sure, it's your choice after all. Make sure what you buy is compatible which each other. For example don't get a new mobo and DDR2 memory.

AND remember that if you device to invest more and get better hardware, that psu is probably not going to be sufficient.
