Actually, it is not true what he says.

It is not allowed to use any stuff from penumbra because FG will get mad and will blame you. That is the reason why someone cancel a Fc mod with full of penumbra stuff Tongue. Seriously, you will get sued by the FG even my the TCR if you use AAMFP assets(That's why i don't use them, lol)
