The system dependent files have to be in the same folder as the Amnesia executable file (which is where the full conversion folder goes too).

Why would you need to distribute files that are already part of Amnesia?

Okay, so do I need to have a readme saying that everything goes into redist? Because most people would put it in Custom_Stories

You should have more than just a "readme" file; like huge, red text in the showcase topic (whenever you get around to that).
