well for me it was quite clear, he wants to kill the plague and tuurngait, and he gives the information to someone he knows can manage to do it(you)
BUT what i really wonder about,is does philip die or not after (you) come and kill them all
do (you) really come at all... ahh the questions i think its a nice ending, but yeah i was abit dissapointed myself. But i think it was a nice game this aswell

he was in your head, and you saw some infected person talk the same way; in the same tone.

thats most likely because its the same actor that did the voice to both infected and to clarence but i dunno i didnt noticei ran from the zombies, i didnt talk to them

that was clarence, after you use the machine he's put into the body of the infected that was lying on the table next to the machine

ye if u meant that ending with clarence then nero has right
and to windexglows reply, true they are friendly i cant remember dying of one of them, most likely cause i played on medium which i kind of regret ;o
but that damn mutated rabbit dog was a bastard to figure out he killed me loads of times
but im glad those spiders were not in this game, i really really hated them i loved the dogs, i got glad everytime i saw them, because it was safer to die of them then by thousand spiders popping out of nowhere
