Penumbra Collection - Serial Number

Hi there, I've bought on your store Penumbra collection and Amnesia in october. My hard drive crashed so I lost my games and of course can't find the mail link for re-download the game. How can I do ? Tks.
I've no more the files and no more serial and no more link for download.

sorry for the thread rising but i have similar problem

i have buy the penumbra collection @ 7/21/2009 (linux version)
but now i lost the backup (i have my serial number and a printed invoice)

how can i redownload the game?

Hello i bought Penumbra collection on amazon and i didn't get the serial.

The game works but im trying to install it with Steam. And it requires my serial Of the copy i purchased.

The game was the download version. So i was hopping if there's anything you guys can help me out to find my

serial.?

There is no Steam activation with a game bought from Amazon.
