Amnesia won't work :( HELP PLEASE

Attach here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder. Also, aswer these please:

1) Is it a desktop or a laptop? If not custom made desktop, what model?
2) What operating system do you have?
3) What graphics card do you have?
4) Have checked the support topic first?

I went under control panel and clicked the system icon and this is the information I got ( I don't really know alot about computer stuff like this )

Dell Computer Corporation
Dell OPIPLEX GX260
Intel®
Pentium® 4 CPU 2.26GHz
2.27 GHz, 512 MB of RAM

And it's a desktop.

I'm almost certain that your computer is not able to play the game. It is very old. I would be 100% certain by seeing the file HPL.log found under My Documents\Amnesia\Main folder. If you don't know how to attach it just copy and paste its contents in your next reply.

okay I attached the HPL log, took me a while to find it ( I kept going to the amnesia_tdd_1.2 file ) And thanks for your help by the way

Yes, your graphics card is very old for this game. It i using OpenGL 1.3 when the games requires at least 2.1. You need to buy a new computer in order to play games like this one.

I have been trying to download Amnesia: The dark desent but whenever i attempt to launch the game i have the same problem. I have a notebook and all of my drivers are up to date. Any help you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
