There are both dead pigs and body pieces floating in the "water" in the bilge, So I guess he must have mistaken one of those for a dead servant grunt. Then again at the same time it is strange that there is actually a servant_grunt stored in the game folder, but not a brute, hinting at that it was not just having forgotten to remove it, or at the very least that it must have been used in some way during testing.
Alexander, Agrippa, the "ritual prisoner" (paint the man, cut the lines) and the Servant Grunt all appear in the AAMFP game files. As do the following TDD "items":
