RE: A glimpse at the horizon

While it looks fantastic, the more HUD you have in a horror game (especially if you keep track of exactly how much health you have left) the less scary it becomes, because you always see that you have resources, and you always see that it's just a game.
Btw, I made my own screenshot in my sig. My mod's gonna be awesome. Smile

This mod, while containing horror elements, isn't going to be strict horror. Besides this, the HUD will require batteries and will not be on all the time. We may also include gameplay elements which require the HUD be off. Its actual purpose is not to change gameplay anyway, but it's nice to add the standard fluff.

Will that be a new interactive interface or is that just for show?

Looks awesome anyways.

The HUD is part of a pair of goggles the character wears, the HUD will be de/activated at times.
So yes, it's part of the in-game set-up.

So what you're telling me is THAT is IN-GAME?! Like for real? So the video is telling the truth... ("Consists of In-game footage" or something like that)

You guys are transforming Amnesia into something beyond ANYONE has done. o.o I like it.
