Reading a note, but not appearing in journal?

Is this possible?

>> Have a note called "note_1" in level editor
>> Player picks up note_1 and reads it
>> note_1 does not dissapear
>> note_1 is not in players journal

Basically, I want the player to only be able to read the text when they click on the note in that location.
