Anyone need a voice actress?

I've been a huge fan of Frictional Games for a while now and I think the custom story community here and the things you guys have put out are just amazing. So much so that for a long time I've been playing with the idea of volunteering as a voice actress for one.

So, having finally made up my mind and having a summer full of free time, I'm here to offer my services.

I've never done voice acting before, but I have won a small award for it at a convention at one point and close friends often tell me I have a good voice for it. Still, I can be a little wary and I'm hoping helping out someone who may need an extra set of pipes may help me become a bit more comfortable.

Here are two monologues I managed to find and made recordings for. Feel free to listen and let me know what you think or if you're interested. :3

Yes, these are good samples, albeit a little low. I wish you the best of luck, currently I am not in the stage of "hiring" voice actors.

Thank you! And yes, I think I do need to work on projecting more as well as fiddling with the volume control on the actual recording software. I'll have to keep that in mind in the future, so thanks for the tip. :3
