It's our upcoming, brand new, powered by from the ground re-built game engine, survival horror game.

You can read a bit about it at http://www.amnesiagame.com and you can follow the progress of the development in the blog, http://frictionalgames.blogspot.com.

Previously Amnesia had the work title Lux Tenebras/Unknown.

Hey jens, I'm just wondering what would the system requirements be?

I hope im not asking for much!
Not decided, its very early.

But currently it runs well on my old 2Ghz single core Athlon with an as old AGP GeForce 6800. Of course levels are not final size, does not have all the content or details yet, but it won't be a problem to run the game on this computer by the time of release.
What special effects will the new game utilize?
on special effects:
Work log have covered some new stuff and more will come Smile
SSAO, soft shadows, better lighting are the only ones we know of.

What about texture maps? Most likely Diffuse+Bump+Spec, but any others? Deformation?

Any new effects with particles? Better collision for particles? Perhaps soft smoke?
Light rays (only in dusty areas)?
Afraid I cannot give more info at this point. Stay tuned for more goodies Wink
kewl.... my pc broke down a couple of weeks ago so....
I'm just wondering if it would work with a 7600gt with 512 ram xD
