I am missing textures I think. I looked at the very very beginning of your Insomnia in 9 minutes video, and the main menu has a hospital looking custom textures. Mine is just floating beds and stuff. Possibly that's why I am not loading?
Do I have to download Version 0.9 AND 1.0?
No it should just be v1.0. Can you take a screenshot of what is inside your "Textures" folder inside your main Amnesia folder?

Here. I took a picture of the Textures folder, and the dnh or whatever folder that came with your custom.
That is...really weird. The textures look like they are in the right spot and there is no reason the game shouldn't be linking to them appropriately. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have to go now so if you or someone else may find out the problem or how to fix it, I won't be able to try it til much later.

Dang, I got this all ready to go and was super excited to play it, but it crashed! It loaded fine when I started a new game, I head the voice effects go, then as soon as I start to wake up and stand up it crashes. I tried re-installing with the download from ModDB with no luck.
