I love this.Big Grin

But I'm too scared to move after the first monster encounter in the castle.Confused
oh my f*cking god. The part with the blood stained key scared the hell out of me. Incredible custom story. The best one out yet. This is scarier than the real game. But, I dont know if its a bug but i'm in the place with the oil container and a monster spawned but he's not moving. I tried running past him but he always kill me. Waiting dosent work either. Or maybe I need to try something else.

He's sorta buggy; I've tried countless times to fiddle about with the path nodes, but the best thing to do is to run past him into the oil room and hide behind the shelves in the corner, crouching and looking away. Tongue

Additionally, if the player dies; the monster should despawn anyway.
I played your custom story last night (amnesia is best enjoyed while its dark). I liked it. I certainly admired the clouds of fog sweeping around in the intro. Maybe they're something custom, I'm not sure. However I know that creating realistic fog is hard (I find it hard).

While playing I encountered no bugs at all. I'm not that easily scared and I managed to pre-guess almost every encounter, however one of the jump scares got me. Some corpse parts outside of the studium made for a nasty surprise.

The music playing after riding the elevator was a really good choice. I was impressed by how well it fit into the game.

An overall good map Nye. I look forward to see your next project!

Just so you know I download 1.0.2v and it still ended at the one part, so its still yet not fixed apparently. Huh
And there was me thinking I fixed it, gahh; OK. v1.03 (sigh) released; fixed for certain now. Dodgy

This may be irritating but 1.0.3v still did not fix the problem with the end bug... Dodgy
You must have done something wrong; I just redownloaded it; replaced the files, played the story and it worked fine. I can't see how it couldn't possibly work; since I even added a line in the script file to directly teleport the player to the right place when the map starts Undecided

EDIT: I can 100% confirm that v1.03 fixed this issue. If you downloaded it, you will need to reload the entire custom story/the hallsofblood2.map to see any effects (providing you deleted the "An Unexpected Arrival" folder, and replaced it.
