I text people till my eyes droop. Usually happens around midnight. After that, I forget what happened the night before. Pretty funny because sometimes I'll apparently text something like jjhhfhfhjsg before I sleep.
To combat it, perhaps limit the time of the day on the computer or exposed to radiation? Perhaps go out and get some exercise during the day? Drink some coffee or coke about 2-3 hours before you go to bed. Sure the caffeine will get you up, but then you lose your energy pretty soon after.

EDIT: It wasn't on my top recommendations, lol. There was a recommended channel that happened to have that video. I don't look up nasty stuff that Google might use against me. XD

Though i am not best to judge, It's about that less qualified and experieced people would take some advice how to improve their grammar.
I am still bad at english, even that i learned english at 2010.

But you still seem to have quite decent for your age.
EDIT:It was good that i could at least tell who i am at your age, i was simply horrible at english and i still have my issues. I am slow to learn things.
