It's going to be pretty damn hard to start guessing a YT url from some pictures since it's all case sensitive.
I reckon the url is somewhere else and it maybe has a number missing or something or maybe Io (or lo).

The image is a rebus!
A rebus is a "puzzle" you solve by associating words/expressions to each image, and then deduce the meaning of the whole picture by similar sounds.
For example: H + (picture of ear) would be read as H + ear -> "Here"

The strings of 0's could be part of the rebus as well.
Well, the code found in the image (2SG2ewS3J1c) did point towards a Youtube URL.
Only issue, it was a scene of the video from Ringu.
